The entrance to the hotel can be confusing, especially since some rooms are in a separate building!!! The air conditioning needs serious attention as it struggles to cool properly!!! The noise in the evenings can be quite disturbing!!!

Brand-new & beautiful unit with balcony. Good choice of goodies for breakfast.

No swimming pool.

The hotel property was comfy with strategic and favourable location right by the restaurant at 8.30 and the universities and government/non-government agencies in Solo and airport n toll gate. Overall the service was good. Food was great and I have nothing but good memories from this trip.

Ensure to check the water quality and air conditioning before settling into your room for a comfortable stay.

Charming vibes and friendly staff!

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The place is super cute, surrounded by lush greenery! The staff was like, really nice and helpful. Oh, and the breakfast had delish main courses! Just wish they had a bit more variety. It's a lovely spot to unwind.

This hotel is good, and provides everything I need, like a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my way around, which I remember fondly. I recommend checking the room amenities first for a comfortable stay. I'm definitely coming back for a weekend.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a GREAT stay for weekend family vacation. Everything was good, greatly enjoyed my stay there. 3. the location was strategic there, in-restaurant. 4. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Royal Besaran that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

This hotel has a convenient location, being near the airport and with easy access to local transport. it boasts a beautiful garden, providing a serene atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a varied breakfast, and some of the rooms have comfortable beds and nice views of the surroundings.

Some of the facilities, such as the bathroom, are not well-maintained and need improvements.

The breakfast buffet was extensive with a lot of variety of choices that suits everyone's preferences. the pool was one of the largest I've seen in a hotel with a well-maintained park.

During our stay, there were a few noisy events in the evening, which became a bit disturbing for us. However, the main issue for me was the location of the hotel, which was a bit far from the city center and tourist attractions, making it less convenient to move around and see the sights.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the service was truly top-notch and made us feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and the massage was incredibly relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the lush garden area. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs.

Our only minor issue was with the Sauna, it was out of service during our visit. Nevertheless, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape.
